Javaris Crittenton

Memphis has already stated that they won't keep all three of their young PG's. This is a guy I would love to have on this team . A 6'5 PG who can defend with alot of upside . He played some high school ball with Dwight . Seems like a good fit for us .

You know they cant package Crittenton with any other players until the off season. Recent player trade restriction.

It would be great to grab Javaris, problem is I want him because we can then play JJ at the two with him.....so I don't think I want to trade Redick for him.

I am down for that. Then they could package Miller for picks and expiring. Would be smart for them but after watching the Gasol thing go down that wont happen. :nonono:

problem is it would be another Redick situation, b/c he is young and we have other players at the position

but if he is truly good at defense might give him the upper edge

I haven't seen much of his game to say for myself

Hi guys, Lakers fan here.

Crittenton has a lot of potential but as of right now, he can't contribute. He makes way too many rookie mistakes out there. IMO, Crittenton isn't a sure thing like a Chris Paul when he was drafted. He can easily be a bust as well as a good starting PG.

He doesn't have a great jumpshot but that can change. He's good at getting to the basket so maybe he and Dwight can team up in the future like a baby Kobe&Shaq combo.

IMO, you guys should take the risk and get him because Dwight is still young. Have him come off the bench after a veteran point guard like we are doing with Fisher and Farmar.

He's not available, I hope. You can get Lowry, tho. :)

There not trading him. Especially not for JJ Redick. His upside is a Baron Davis like player. Really until your sure who going to be a star there is no reason to trade any of them.
