It's funny - we are seeing the postives and the negatives of Earl all in the one game!!

Yes. Boykins can shoot the mid range. But boy-o-boy he makes it easy on the other end.

If we pick up the pace in the 4th, we win the game.

If we leave Earl out there in the 4th, we are a very good chance to win the game.

Of course, if we leave Earl out there in the 4th we are also a very good chance to lose the game!!

They are backing him down each time and shooting over him or passing to a cutter...we need to score a LOT to make up for it all...

God every freaking time. Boykins is death to our defense. It's a shame. I wish you could combine Felton with Boykins. Call him Boyton.

Oh good lord. Felton AND Boykins? Memo to Vincent. They are killing us because of our small front court. We officially have 0% chance of coming back. Just not going to happen.

Felts is having a horrible night so V puts him in a position where he has to force his own offense?

Well thought out.

Felts is going to have a sore neck tonight from standing back and watching the arc that Kidd puts on the ball as he swishes shot after shot over him.

I wish that Twiggy would grab Dicky at centre court and tombstone pile drive him.

Also, our inability to defensive rebound was on full display tonight.

Just for the record, so it's stated somewhere, I think the Okafor/Mohammed lineup doesn't really help with this because one of them is out of position since they're both centers.

This was a waste of my time...I took the entire fam out and for what ? A bunch of guys looking like they had not played together all year...Ray did his best McMinus impression and when we started shooing he was once again taking long range jumpshots. Crash was horrible forcing all kinds of shots and just looking out of control out there...Very disappointing game...did they practice at all this week...?

oh yeah the spacing went back to being horrible. It was like everyone was standing in the lane at the same time...

Utterly amazing that Jason Kidd shot 4-5 from 3 over us. This may be his only good offensive game of the year. In fact, let me check... yup, easily. He's scored 19 one other time, and 20 once, both times with sub-.400 shooting.

I guess I'm not super-surprised, this is Boykins' all-time nightmare matchup, he should not have played 1 minute matched up against Kidd, and Ray is also undersized. Nonetheless, I expected better from Ray defending Kidd. Props to our big guys' collective 9-28. I guess Sean Williams was out there for 20 minutes, but the other 28 we're playing against Krstic, Malik Allen, and Josh Boone.
