Kings did get to the line a lot, but, in all honesty, they were the agressors all night long. Combine that with a little deserved home cooking and I think it was pretty decent officiating.

There were a half dozen ticky tack fouls called on the Jazz that I thought were kinda pointless, just guys away from the ball fighting for position kinda things, but, it is what it is.

Sacramento was the better team tonight, they deserved the win.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

Is it time for the "Trade Memo" Threads yet?

With soooo many free throws going up, you have no chance for a board.

Glad we're not coming back to ARCO.........Kings have had nearly 50 FTA every time.

thats horsesh^+ how often do FTs come from 2nd chance opportunities? If the Jazz rebounded and played some laterl D with their Ft they wouldnt have lost. They got 12 o boards.

The most pathetic thing is Martin and Bibby didnt play at all in the 4th.

I think the officiating played a big role. We hung in there until the end, but we couldnt buy a single charging foul (when several looked good), and we simply shot too many threes at the end. We had nothing inside. WE gave up and began chucking. Those were the reasons we lost...

I really wanna blame this one on the refs, but I can't. Kings were a lot more aggresive and wanted this one much more than the Jazz. Kings shot twice as many free-throws as the Jazz and also outrebounded them by a good margin.
I wish Sloan would have put Price at the 2 to finish the game since he was doing a great job and Korver wasn't knocking down his shots. I remembered tonight why Harp drives me crazy and how bad Hart sucks. I can't understand what possible reason Sloan might have to keep playing him over Price.

Thanks for clearing that up about memo Sheik. I hope his "coasting" will end up somewhere, hopefully in money time.

Yeah, memo did seem like he was coasting, we'll bounce back against Chicago. I like these quick turnarounds at home after losses.

I agree that Price should have gotten more time at the 2. He was doing pretty good with his defense and seemed to bring in a nice spark for the team. Fart sucked as usual, harp stunk it up and Kyle was a steaming pile tonight. Hope KK will be back to normal tomorrow.

Missing Ronnie tonight? He would have had a little aggression going to the basket.

He probably would have done a bit more than 4 boards in thirty minutes....

Oh well, a loss was bound to happen. I care more about our record against the playoffs teams, so hopefully we keep beating them. We really need that home court advantage.

Kings always have a wing that lights it up, tonight it was douby and is it just me or is Mike Bibby one of the most worthless point guards? I haven't heard of him having a good game in a while, of course I dont follow the kings so that may explain it.

Jazz just don't match up well against the Kings. It's that simple.

Just like the Pistons rarely beat the Jazz even though they are a very good team.

Sometimes thats just how it works, if you notice the Spurs tend to struggle against the Knicks also.

Just happens, no biggie, get the streak going again tonight against Chicago.
