His injury history might be the biggest concern from other general managers. Plus, there are an abundance of guys like TA that other GM's might try and chime in on. He might get signed but nothing more than MLE.

He plays a position where talent is plentiful. And teams are more likely to open the bank for 2s and 5s. Add to that Tony's injury history and that he may or may not even be a starter. While I can't discount the possibility that he could receive a 3 or 4 million dollars his market value is likely to be in the LLE rather than the MLE range.

Unfortunately, other than the national Tv games, I have not been able to watch the games as I

agreed; past that he is a gamble
love TA, love him
he needs to settle on his consistencies

Litle correction here...Banks was given a 5 year $21 million contract, which averages out to $4.2/year. A far cry from $6 million (30% to be exact).

I think even that would be a high number for Tony considering the severity of his injuries. A deal comparable to what Perk got would be the absolute ceiling for what Tony will get, in my opinion.

He is playing better but there are a lot of guys in the league averaging 6 points a game that can be had for cheaper...I say the C's will be able to keep him at a very fair price.

I think Tony will be in green for possibly his entire pro life. With his injury issues, he has to much value to the franchise not to resign him for what he would get on the open market. He's probabley not going to suddenly get a big contract, probabley mle level at best. Tony is a great player, I've liked him since his Oklahoma State days, he was a superior college passer is what struck out to me at the time. I would think he will stick around for at least another contract.

It should be a formula.

[(1 year x $8 million) - (#-of-games-he-costs-us-the-win x $1 million)]

We'd probably make money on him.
