Sports Illustrated Players Poll: ESA is toughest NBA arena.

Post#1 » by bleu » Sat Feb 9, 2008 6:43 pm

So I just got my weekly Sports Illustrated, and apparently they asked 242 NBA players which teams arena is the most intimidating to play in as a visitor, and 20% said the ESA. 18% said AT&T Center, 13% said The Palace, 8% said Madison Square Garden and 6% said ARCO.

Lemme guess...the 20% who said ESA included Giricek, Fisher and Kris Humphries who didn't see the "as a visitor" part ;) ;)

The record speaks for itself. The arena is built for basketball, so the crowd is right down on top of you. Utah is a state full of basketball junkies. Oh, and no other pro sports in town...that equates to one helluva arena to play in

When I was reading this on fanNation.com there was a rumor of Wallace for Kirilenko. WTF!!!!! There is no way the Jazz would do this. It's also on Wiretap here on RealGM.

Dosen't manner. GS sucks and so do all their fans. They may think they're loud, but if the players say ESA is louder, than ESA is louder.
