Yes I've had that problem TGP.
Not sure if it's a coincidence or what, but I've found that clicking the "Go" button next to the web address loads the page correctly quicker than using the refresh button (meaning it can take 5+ refreshes to get it to load correctly, compared to 1 or 2 "Go" clicks)

It must be something with the version of windows or browser b/c at home I have windows vista IE version 7 and have all of the problems mentioned in this thread. At work I have XP with IE version 6 and have no problems at all.

It happens a bit on my end too, everytime it has I've just deleted my cookies and cleared my browsing history and it's seemed to work properly the rest of the night.
