I have it, it's VERY annoying. If you move your mouse to the boarders, the text goes back to black and you can read by scrolling down with the arrows. I thought there was something wrong with my computer/internet. (glad I'm not alone haha)

Use Firefox... I was using a different browser and I just switched to Firefox, now its gone... Only thing is, everything seems kind of distorted in terms of alignment... its kind of off now...

its probably a silent download from somewhere thats doing it..i know ads sometimes have silent downloads in them that do it.

what other sites to u all look at, that might be the reason some have it and some dont.
