I won't admit I was wrong. We needed him against the Mavs and Hornets.

However, Melo lookin faboulous and is on his way to POTM. He certainly will get player of the week tomorrow.

They must have been tired of having their shots blocked so much (over so many losses in January)

I'll give u that, we did need him for those games but not if he wasn't healthy. Him sitting certainly has him playing beautifully now though

Yea. 100% Carmelo is nice. Wish we had 05-06 Carmelo against the Jazz. He would've made the gamewinner and we`d be on a 6 gm winning streak.

'05-06 Melo didn't rebound like '07-08 Melo, but his game winning shot hasn't been seen in a long time.

Just go back to his quote from last year 'I don't have to make the winning shot because I know I've already made it.' or something close to that. If he makes the game winning shot in the first half or the third quarter....it's still a winner. But that thriller game ending shot....hasn't been seen in a while.

Lol yup. He just seem different in the clutch. Anyway, need these 2 games in Florida. We play Boston after the break, then we hit the road.

That prediction was right on, but then AI put up a pretty good stat line. LeBron could have had the monster stat line of the entire night. Not a big deal.

No he is saying AI was not even in what he was saying it was Melo vs LJ not AI vs LJ.

EDIT: In better understandable terms AI's statline had nbothing to do with his post it was about Melo and Lebrons!

It's ok. Mine was just a commentary on AI having the bigger game. Probably didn't need to reply to anyone's comment to say it. Forget I said it.

Mike Miller and Artest mentioned in Denver post article. Hopefully we land them. But Artest is a must. The West are adding big names, we need ours

A.I./Atkins/Carter
Carmelo/Klieza/Yak
Artest/Klieza/Yak
Kmart/Nene
Camby/Hunter

I feel good with that. WE NEED TEST!

I dont think we need artest or miller, keep the team how it is, and go from there and watch how the season unfolds nene will come back and this team will get healthy and be good, if not great like last night, if it dont work draft a 3 point shooting pg.

Wow did you misquote that commercial unbelievably bad. For one, he didn't say game winning shot at all.....and secondly, by "ive already made it," he was referring to the fact that he has made it into the NBA and doesn't have to live in the hood anymore. As if it doesn't really matter if he makes a shot, scores 100 pts, wins the MVP, etc.....because he has already had his greatest accomplishment. Something like that......the quote wasn't meant to be taken literally.

Damn we are playing incredible basketball right now! Especially Iverson who is starting to consistently get double doubles over the last 5 or 6 games. I just love the balanced scoring and assists he's producing. It seems the team is starting gel together it feels like the chemistry is starting to get better. I can't wait to get Nene back!
