[OT] Do you refer to the Raptors as "We"?

Always asks me what I am bringing to the team, and how much I am getting paid, and so forth, and so forth.

I try not to, most of the time I would say "The Raptors........", even though I have been guilty a few times.

Although I dont think there's anything wrong with it, all teams do that. I mean there are fans from other teams inquiring about players on their home team, and using we as well.. so not unusual at all

I say the Raptors, but sometimes we just comes out. We is used for the city of toronto, and all the Raptors represent the city of Toronto which is why I think people say we.
