No way Pistons pass up Hardin for Ryan Anderson. Ryan Anderson is a face the basket tweener forward.
Pistons need a post big who can play in the middle. Someone like Thompson/Jawai/Hardin/Dorsey.
If Detroit was going to take a chance on a player, I would hope it would be John Riek. The 18 yo old 7'2" 240lb C from Sudan.
Otherwise, look for one of the four I mentioned.

Does MN own the Miami second? I believe they do. Sorry if this has been covered.

I was wondering what has been the factor in Weaver moving up so much lately? I'm not saying he shouldn't I am just wondering the reasons so I can better understand the scouting process better
Thank you. A combination of him playing very well lately and the lack of quality SG's in this draft, especially in the mind to late 1st round. Essencially Weaver and Bill Walker have traded places. I like Weaver more anf more with each time I see him play. Could be this years Brandon Roy.

He also may be the best perimeter defender in the draft.

But if Seattle falls to #3, I really think they might fall down a couple of picks and take Jerryd. He has better handles and can play the PG if need be.
Thanks. I see no team willing to move up to #3 considering there is no concrete #3 pick. Everyone would have Seattle's thought process of moving down, but it takes a team that wants to move up to get it done. If Seattle wants Bayless they will prolly just have to take him at #3.

Agreed. The only better on ball defender in the draft IMO is Marcus Dove, but he clearly does not bring the rest of the things to the table that Weaver does.
I'm glad more people are starting to see the things about Weaver that I have been privileged to watch the last three years
(and holding Mayo to 14 is a great example of his defense)
