Considering he signed in Memphis to play with his fellow Spaniard, Gasol...
Considering Gasol is gone...
Considering Navarro is a free agent in the offseason...
Considering we've got Sergio and are very likely to add Rudy Fernandez in the Fall...
Anyone think he'd make a nice addition to a rebuilt backcourt next season, if cheap enough?
Juan Carlos Navarro?

He's a nice player. I guess it just boils down to cost. JCN is a smart player and a much better shooter than Jack. I don't know how he is as a defender, and I think that is what would determine his value to this team.
From Portland to Reno to Vegas to LA to SLC and on to HotLanta. Winning at life. Too Blessed to be Stressed

How many players does the Blazers have for their roster next season?
You have unsigned draft picks and another draft picks coming, and if you want to add a free agent player this summer, which players the Blazers are going to cut?

Green, McRoberts, Miles, Lafrentz are all viable options to be cut/ traded/ bought out. With Lafrentz, however, I'm thinking the Blazers keep him to gauge his value at the deadline next season. If they can pull of a trade like the Laker trade for Gasol (but in our case for an SF or PG that fits our system). Also, chances are, the Blazers won't bring all of their prospects over immediately (They're only really looking into bringing in Rudy this offseason) and whoever they draft this season so if they had to cut anyone, I'd say Josh and Green are the likely candidates leaving two open roster spaces this offseason. Now, Pritchard has been known to make some pretty bold moves so I wouldn't be shocked if he could pull off a decent 3 for 1 deal in order to get some roster space. If he doesn't make room for additional players this offseason, it won't be extremely shocking either since most of his plans revolve around the 09' free agency but I've learned to always expect something out of KP, WHETHER HE ADMITS IT OR NOT.
