Zach and Eddy
First of all this is NOT a trade thread!!!
I was only going to say that it looks like the Knicks are trying to get rid of both of them. Honestly I think the only way they do get rid of them is if they send away Lee or Robinson... My question is would anyone really take on Zachs contract if it meant also bringing in Lee?

There's no way we trade Lee. Or at least no way I would if I was GM. But we are talking about Isiah Thomas here. Guy makes me sick. Anyway....check this out....

Zach
Mardy Collins
I think this trade is great for both sides. Zach just doesn't fit here. Especially with Eddy. It doesn't mean he's garbage though by any means. Eddy is the one who's garbage. Zach actually has a passion for the game and does more than 1 thing well unlike Eddy. He's an excellent post presence....excellent rebounder....and a pretty good passer when he wants to be. Thats where SVG comes in to impliment him into this offense.
If done correctly, Zach would do wonders for you guys. He'd help spread the floor for your shooters, help you on the boards, and with Dwight next to him, his defensive woes aren't half as bad. The guy consistantly gives effort on the defensive end....he's just not quick enough sometimes, and when people drive by him and you're counting on Fat Eddy to play a little help D....he looks that much worse. Dwight erases a lot of those problems. Not to mention, you get Mardy who is a great defender....something you guys can really use in your back court.
Are you guys really gonna tell me that you wouldn't at least think about this? The reason we're so desperate to move him is because we are in cap HELL and STILL SUCK! It's time for us to unload some players. We also want David Lee as our PF.

^Yeah, but you guys are already locked into a pretty big contract anyway. You're also gonna have to resign Mr. Dwight. It's not like you guys are going to have enough cap room to make a major signing in the near future. To take on more higher paid, productive players, you're gonna have to do it like this. I'm really being genuine when I say this....Zach would be a good fit on your team. Most of us would all love to keep him if we had a center like Dwight next to him. Sadly, we have Eddy Curry who is the polar opposite. Not to mention, we don't have the shooters like you do to compliment him. Everything about our team is a mess. Isiah is a moron, and as a result, nothing fits together. But individually, we have a lot of talent that could be useful to other teams in the right situation. Zach is one of those guys, and in theory, maybe our best player. He just happens to have one of the biggest contracts.

thats the thing though that is the easiest way to do it .... i just wish i (actually otis) was smart enough to do it like the spurs or pistons with goood players on great contracts
