We beat them at least once last year

Post#2 » by td00 » Tue Feb 12, 2008 7:02 pm

But that was last year.

They are just too balanced for us, and we would have to get them on a back-2-back to have a legitimate chance to beat them without going to the wire.

We have no answer for Billups. Watch them come out and make it a game now that I have said that!

Evidently basketball success wasn't a factor.

Welcome to the ATL.

A put up a late game thread if you want to use it. I would have done it sooner (and better), but it is a hectic day here at the office. 2 words - Down and Sizing.

Hopefully the Hawks will come out tonight smarting a little bit from that Houston blowout.

It is very rare that multiple Hawks go off shooting the basketball on the same night.

I think Detroit is too disciplined for Atlanta to turn this one into a track meet. That jumpshot has got to fall for Marvin and Joe tonight.

I had some pretty good Pistons stuff.

Is this the last time we play them this year?

edit: yep

Let's have some fun with this thread now that EvilDallas has done the hard part!

Rasheed's pic should fade into a pic of Oscar the Grouch rather.

its tough to even concieve of us winning this one but the Hawks are generally a pretty tough squad to figure.

If we come out flat and get blown out, I'd imagine Woody would be done.

Well, lets hope the guys make a game of it. That Houston loss was pretty embarrassing.

I think we may see a repeat of the Rockets game in this one. Play the starters in the 1st half and sit them in the 2nd. Hawks need to concentrate on trying to beat the Bobcats. Why couldn't they give us the Bobcats tonight and then the Pistons tomorrow? NBA Schedule screwed the Hawks up on this one.

I think this is going to be a close game. The guys can't play that bad two games in a row. Or can they? Hmmmm...

However, last game was horrible, back-to-back, road, good opponent... But they got the game screwed up from the 1st qtr.

Tonight the game is going to be different. I hope we don't get biased refs once more tho.

GO HAWKS!!!

And screw the ATL folks that dare to cheer for DET. Or any other team lol.

that would be nice... except we can't win games against short-handed teams like the Cavs.

evildallas did HMFFL forward my email address to you?

I asked him to do so in the hopes I can get some simple photo editing help.
