Should the media vote for MVP?

The thing with the media is they put to much stock in winning, especially when a player doesn't have a good supporting cast. Kobe was deprived of
MVP's in the past, and, imo, Lebron will deprived of one this year. Should win/loss be a component of deciding MVP? ya, but to make it the deciding factor is wrong imo. Kobe or Lebron shouldve got it over Dirk last year and Lebron should get it this year.

I wouldn't mind having media people vote, as long as they aren't the only people voting. Something like:

1/4 Players
1/4 GMs
1/4 Coaches
1/4 Sports writers

would be a better solution than just sports writers IMO.
