What up with Justin Williams?
Are they just gonna let him rot on the bench until the off-season? It's evident the won't be a King past this season, but why not play him 10 minutes per? is Mikki Moore really that much better than him, or is it because Moore has a bigger contract?

when you start your professional life looking for groupies instead of hitting the gym and work hard, that's what's going to happen to you.

Must be true, if it's a rumor you read on Hoopshype.

We're not talking about a top draft pick guy here, he's an undrafted project. He will get spot minutes based on the situation, however he won't get regular minutes this season. Theus stated over the summer that he really likes his athleticism, but he is very raw on offense...Theus wants him to be able to contribute on both ends of the floor. Moore gets minutes over him because he is more capable of producing at both ends. Hell, look at it this way...Justin's spot in the rotation is more secure than Kenny Thomas'.
Justin is a project that Petrie and Theus are hoping will develop. If he continues to work he butt off in practice, steadily shows improvements in his offensive game and has the attitude of being willing to contribute whenever he is asked, he will have a spot on the roster. It's up to him to earn a trip back next year...I am pretty sure the spot will be there if he shows he wants it.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

I wouldn't quite say that about Miami, since they already have their own young defensive big bench guy in Joel Anthony from UNLV. I think I remember reading he is liked there, and indicates so with him not being cut. As well as having Mark Blount around and possibly Earl Barron again, who's had some decent games for them being with the Heat. Very mobile center that has a solid shooting touch. Been with them for 2 or 3 seasons now.
Then they could definitely draft a young big man.
Justin really should be a King next season, though.

If he gets dealt. Not really anything out there that legitimately says he'll be traded. Certainly could, but it's not a serious possibility.

It has to be the latter. I fully expect it to be so, too.
There's no reason not to bring Justin back, and keep one, two of the veteran guys from the trade.
With how that guy played against Houston (and in the past), why wouldn't he brought back?
I don't think there's a legitimate answer.

What does Justin bring to the team that Shelden Williams doesn't? If Shelden responds favorably to a change in scenery Justin would have no business on the team.
I am probably in the minority since I have never fully bought into the Justin Williams hype. But I seriously don't see Justin being cut as being the end of the world.
