3-way deal

Post#1 » by kidd007 » Wed Feb 13, 2008 1:35 am

I heard the a JO for Carter is getting more likely. But, i thinking about a 3 way with the kings that could turn us into a contender:
NJN get:JO,Artest,K.Rush
IND get:Carter,magloire,Abdur-harim
SAC get:M.Williams,J.Boone,Nachbar,a 1st round from us(lottery protected),a 2nd from IND
Why we do this?: this trade gives all we need: an all-star big men, a very good defender, and a good shooter to come off the bench. You could say tha we should not give up Boone, but we have very good(even better) replacements in Swift,Swat, and kristic. The 1st would not hurt either because we should probably be able to go to the playoffs, which would make our pick less valuable. Our lineup would be:
C-Krisic,Swat
PF-JO,Swift,Allen
SF-Jefferson,Wright
SG-Artest,Rush
PG-Kidd,Armstrong
Our roster would be limited to 11 players, but we should sign 2 more via free-agency.
What do you guys think?

I don't know J.O is likely to not return this season and Artest will opt out at the end of the season . Trading for 30 games of Artest isn't an option if one of your keys might not play ( J.O.)

So no wouldn't do it , maybe if J.O returns but nodody knows how he'll return.
