Pierce. But solid games by Ray, Rondo, and Powe.

Pierce 28 5 12 1 block

Allen 23 2 1 (2 steals and a block)

Rajon 12 7 7 2 and 2

Powe 16 and 9

some good games tonight, best was pierce though, 28 12 and 5 is a hell of a line, I am kinda disapointed by baby's foul trouble and his inability to string togethere multiple good games.

Tough choice between Allen, Rondo and Pierce.

Allen got us started, but seemed to get lost later in the game. Pierce carried us in the 4th, but Rondo also made some clutch shots and grabbed some key rebounds.

Hmmmm....going to have to go with Rondo today.

Tonight's game wasn't all that great of a game on either side. I kind of thought this could have been a trap game after the emotional S.A. win. Rondo was solid, but Pierce went 10-12 at the line, most of it in the second half. I went with P2. Baby looked off tonight. It was good that Powe stepped in his place.

Pierce

The Indy broadcast crew named Shawne Williams as the player of the game. With 14 points. In a loss. OK...

Pierce was good from beginning to end. You could argue he could have been more agressive than he was even, but still put a hell of a dent on the game. Very impressive stat line and you saw his impact too. Sometimes you have guys with great stat lines where you don't notice their play as much. This was not one of those times. Good games from Rondo and Ray, but I wasn't as thrilled with Powe's play today as some others. He shot the ball a lot and was missing more than making for a good portion of the game, especially considering how close to the basket his shots are.

Leon Powe. We are awfully small. He was up against big guys.

Whose the knucklehead that said Pierce has lost a step? He started a thread last week. I wonder if he'll retract his statement!?
