This could be a trap game for the Wiz. I hope for a close game.

The Wizards have some key players that may not play. Let's give it a good effort and take it from them.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

The Wizards have lost their last 8 games. They're desperate for a win. With that said, the Clippers still need to go out there and play hard for 48 minutes. With us you don't know which team is going to show up on any given night. Let's hope it's one of those night where the guys come out firing on all cylinders. It's been so long to see them at home or hear a broadcast without Ralph (2 games). Let's go Clips!

5:50 left in the first and the Wiz are up 12-11. Half of their points are off 2nd chance opportunities.

25-17 Wizards after the first quarter. 8 turnovers. We had 9 total in our last game. Washington has had 13 boards, 6 on the offensive end. I don't know how many second chance points but at least 8. That's not how you win games guys.

Seems like we haven't done much since being up 11-4. We've had way too many turnovers and they are getting too many second chance opportunities.

Third times a charm! Thomas finally knocks down a 3 and trims the Wizards lead to 8. Wizards lead 38-30. 2:14 left in the half.

This is the first time I watch a Clipper game in awhile and they aren't playing too well. I could use some other words but I won't say those words. Let's just forget the first half and play great in the second. We seem lost on defense. Let's get that win before the break.

Also Ralph and Mike have said that we haven't won 2 in a row since we won 4 in a row to begin the season.

45-32 Washington at the half. Wow. Most of the guys looked like they've already started their vacation. We're getting absolutely hammered on the boards 29-15. The Wizards are hungry and so for have wanted this game more than us. Thornton is the leading scorer for the Clips with 10 points and also contributing with 6 rebounds. Possibly on his way to another double double. Sam has also been decent in his minutes. He has 6 points and 3 assists. Maggette is 1 for 7 and looking like a completely different player than what we saw on the road trip. Kaman really needs the rest over the break. He has not been the same since missing time with the flu. He's been relied on so much this season and it looks like it has finally added up. If the Clippers want to get back in this game we have to box out and rebound. We can't allow them get multiple opportunities.

Cuttino Mobley single-handedly putting us back in this ballgame. He is making plays on both sides of the ball and has scored our last 6. 52-46 Wizards with 7:04 left in the quarter.

Double Technical called on Haywood and Mobley as they get into it a little bit.

Dunleavy fights for a clear path to the basket foul as Mobley steals the ball and passes ahead to Cassell. His request is denied.

Clippers are within 1. 58-57. and now have the opportunity to take the lead as Maggette heads to the line with 1:31 left in the quarter. He misses the first so we only have a chance to tie. The 2nd goes in. 58 all.
