If you don't have B10, I have no sympathy for you unless you're in an area or apartment that cannot get Dish or DirecTV.

And Sampson will be gone shortly.

Great game. Sampson's Farewell gift is a Badger sweep.

I hate the NCAA. They can take all their stupid rules and stipulations and shove 'em.

Not rubbing it in, merely commenting that it was a fantastic game.

Yep. They're going to replay it at 1 this morning and I'm going to record it this time. 8)

Thanks badgers, we needed that win.

Something that wasn't said about Sampson is how he got Gordon to change his mind and attend IU rather than Illinios. he hired gordon's dad's friend and Gordon's AAU coach. Nothing illegal about doing that, however, it was a sign of very bad morals and ethics to follow. Some have speculated that bobby knight will come back on an interim basis ala tom osborn at nebraska.

Until Sampson arrived, IU had never been placed on probation or had a major NCAA violation since 1960.

a side note - there was a show on the travel channel about the most unique McDonalds restaurants in the world. There is a McDonalds in Lafayette, IN that is a slow food sit down McDonalds with regular entrees and actual dinners. You order your food via a telephone at your table. they have waiters and waitresses just like a real restaurant with reasonable prices. Next time I'm in town, I'm going to check it out. West lafayette even has a bank designed by some guy named Frank Lloyd Wright. I thought you badger fans who don't think much of our small town would like to know that for future reference. You always seem at a loss for things to do when you arrive.

Pretty sure IU (Sampson) had a TON of other issues on their minds. Good win, but they also played IU at the most opportune time.

White and Gordon both had big games, the team as a whole shot 47%, and only committed 5 turnovers. That is just a terrible excuse for a loss considering all the things they did well, and (predictably) is the same excuse ESPN is using. It's pathetic. The Badgers played well and won, on the road, against the #12 team in America. It's a great, and much needed, win.

The badgers took it to the hoosiers. Built a solid lead and played very smart fundemental basketball and held onto the lead and WON.

Kudos should go to both teams as they each played well. This was a game of basketball at it's best. Two very good teams playing very good basketball. This was not a case of one team losing because of distractions or the ref or other excuses. this was a case of Wisconsin beating a very good team in a very good game. fans of both teams should be proud of ther team's play. in the end, Wisconsin held on to the lead and pulled out the win. that's what good teams do.

a great game all around.

It was a fun game to watch. Both teams played hard and at the end a lucky shot won the game. I always say sometimes it pays to be lucky than good. The problems with Indiana program had nothing to do with the results of this game.

Did you watch the game? The hoosiers went up by 9 or 10 in the first half and the Badgers got back into the game by hitting threes. The second half was back and forth (there were 6 ties and 17 lead changes in the entire game). The Badgers won on a banked 3 point shot from Butch with 4.5 seconds left.

Great Win for us, but we hardly took it to the Hoosiers or built a solid lead.
