EDIT: Oops, I guess Anthony Parker's "only" 5th now, at 47.4% but he was second at the time of the selections.

Hey, you already have one Raptor in there, who's likely to win it. Stop complaining ;)

I understand their decision of not selecting Ben Gordon this year, but how is it he hasn't been selected at any point? This year is the first he's shooting below 40% from downtown.

IMO any player interested in the competitions (at least dunk & 3 pt)should sign up and in non-aired competitions, then narrow the field down to 8-16 contestants. This way lesser known players can display their skill, and there would be no such thing as a "snub."

Well i think they wanted to replace Kobe with someone who's already going to be in New Orleans anyway .

Ray Allen would have been the better choice , but well since Dirk already had won this competion before it would makes some sence .

Even though he's not shooting well from 3-point range this year.

I'm disappointed Reggie Evans wasn't chosen.

Withdrawing from shooting contest is a very good decision from Kobe: unfortunately I'm not so sure about his decision on not having surgery and playing through pain both in Lakers' games and in ASG. :-(

He's probably too good at shooting threes which is why he wasn't chosen, he would of just embarassed the other players.
