Funny story I was actually in class one time, and they did the roll call.

At the end of class some guy comes up to me...

"Are you bstein14 from realgm?"

hahaha

I guess that's what I get for using my first initial and last name.

I was the biggest name in messege board posters at the time on other websites, and my agent told me that I should take a shot at bieng the best on RealGM.

The rest is history.

Yeah you just couldn't handle the pressure once you got into the big leagues.

Biggest bust in realgm history.

I found out about it from listening to Sporting News Radio, the host named Dave Smith who's from LA always talked about it so I went to it liked what I saw and joined on the spot.

Good topic man.

I used to post at the Pistons.com forums, but any intelligent conversation was lost among pointless posts, flame wars, and multiple threads on the same subject.

The moderators do a much better job here. My only complaint is that email-notification doesn't work.

I'm still just lurking though!!!

Gee, no kidding. 173 posts? Get in the game, man! Kidding.

It's true; you can thank Rip for my RealGM existence. We downed a beer or two (or three or four) at CK Diggs in Rochester Hills watching Pistons games on more than one occasion.

Hey--remember that smokin' blonde chick (I can't recall her name at the moment) from what I believe was the last class we had together? She thought you were hot. And she was a gamer; she'd go into the filthiest details about what she did with whomever. I vicariously felt bad for you because you didn't know about it.

Hope you're well; I'm still doing automotive but in exhaust systems now. You should swing by at one of my Pistons games party invites; I've got the true man-cave walkout basement that's perfect for entertainment.

Since I'm not a mod anymore I can't PM you so maybe I'll ask my buddy ajax to pass along my e-mail.
