I don't know if this has been posted yet, but the Boston Globe is reporting that Doc chose to start Bosh:

Rivers said he will start Toronto forward Chris Bosh in place of Garnett.

Posted yesterday at some point I believe. It's great that he is starting though.

The starting five normally does something creative to get the crowd pumped during introductions.
