I think we could still use another big because of the pile up of injuries and a backup playmaking point guard.
Pollard though funny doesn't look like he will be giving us many 3rd string minutes. House meanwhile has serious troubles defending and setting people up and Tony has to play out of position because of it.

Prior to the trade deadline, there is no "Big" realistically obtainable who is better than a healthy Scot Pollard.
During free agency this summer, other than Kurt Thomas, who might get near the full MLE, and Brian Skinner, who is likely to re-sign with Phoenix, there are no "Big" free agents available for the MLE or less who are better than a healthy Scot Pollard.
So, to answer the question regarding "Bigs", what the Celtics need is
A Healthy Scot Pollard.
As for point guards, although Kyle Lowry, Chris Duhon and Tyronn Lue MAY be available now,
they are not likely to be obtained with any combination of Scalabrine, Pruitt and Davis.
So, the Celtics will probably wait until Free Agency this summer and try to add one of:
Chris Duhon
Beno Udrich
Jason Williams
Carlos Arroyo
Keyon Dooling
Tyronn Lue
Sam Cassell
or maybe work a trade for Kyle Lowry at the end of the season.

depends who we face from the West.
we know were going to face DET and were about on even keel with them probuly.
Doesn't look like we'll get lucky and face Dallas in the finals. Doubt Dallas can make it past the first round this year again.
If it's the Spurs we need another PG to keep pace and make sure Parker doesn't give them easy layups.
Lakers, another Center
Suns, tossup
idk about the other contenders right now nothings coming to mind so I'm sure I'm leaving teams out. But right now I think it'd be nice to get both
