OT - All-Star Saturday Night

Post#1 » by europa » Sun Feb 17, 2008 1:56 am

Not sure who's all watching this but we might as well talk about it here for those of us who are.

The Spurs won the goofy shoot from all over the court contest. Now comes the dribble, dribble, run around and do cartwheels and then shoot a layup contest.

3-point and Dunk contests will finish off the evening.
Nothing will not break me.

A big LOL at David Robinson take like 7 shots to hit the 4 footer

Duncan calmly swishing the 3 in one attempt was pretty sweet.

I am watching but I have mixed feelings. Every year I watch this thing and every year I always seem to feel like I wasted my time cause nothing that cool happened. The last time I missed this thing was when VC won the dunk contest and that is probably the one time I would have actually felt like I witnessed something great.

Becky Hammon and Candice Dupree are hot.

How does the human bobble head have a mustache already? I'm 28 and that 9 year old can grow a better mustache than me.

Everytime Becky Hammon showed up I just instinctively screamed "Holy S***"

I really hope the Hornets play the jazz in first round. Stern make it happen.

Yea WNBA players are supposed to look like Cheryl Miller, not Becky Hammon.

Yeah, TJ has always been a bit creepy with his disproportionate head. Got to be pretty sweet to be the son of an NBA player and get to hang courtside during All Star festivities.

As for WNBA players, I'll take Sue Bird. :P

If anyone, ANYONE thinks this "Never Back Down" movie looks good, I will find you, each of you, and hit you in the face with a tire iron.

I was going to say I had a major crush on her when she was at UConn. You know I really should be watching this instead of listening to the Admirals blow a 5 goal lead.

You know what movie looks really good? The one with the guy from Blood Diamond with him being a boxing coach.

The really funny thing about Damon Jones' haircut is he probably paid a lot of money for it.
