It was cool how he jumped and seem to pose mid air. I was like damn when he threw it down literally.

Whose bright idea was it to have each of the uniforms have one side be white? We're thirty seconds into the game and I already find it distracting seeing both sides using the same color.

Agreed, I can't concentrate at all with these jerseys being the same. You can't tell who is who, especially when someone is setting a pick.

I turned it off during the introductions. The music was awful, and Chris Paul, like a lot of the pundits saying New Orleans is back. No, it's not. Stop saying that.
Bickerstaff: who's up for kickball?!!
Ed Wood: Only if it's the no-pants variety.

If a draft were conducted with all the players who were All-Stars this season would Jamison be the last person chosen? I really can't think of another player from either roster that would get picked after Jamison.

Small ball actually won out for the East down the stretch

Kidd, Wade, Allen, James, and Howard

vs.

Paul, Roy, Dirk, Amare, and Duncan

Game was terrible, dunk contest overated. As for New Orleans, sad to see how the city is still struggling, but I love the New Orleans spirit with the jazz music, french-cajun cooking, colerfulness, deep southern feeling about it.

A.Jamison 12:12 1-3 0-2 0-0 -5 0 1 1 0 0 0 2 1 0 2

1 bucket, 1 reb, 1 block, 2 to's impressive statline.

i guess they didn't call any plays for him?

Although Le Travel was MVP, Ray Allen subbing for Caron Butler was the difference. Allen really shot-it-up.

Probably, but that doesnt matter...everyone was pretty selfish when he was in. He never got to run with anyone who would set him up.

Chris Bosh looked horrible, he was given so many passes while he was wide open under the basket, and he kept putting it on the floor and then missing.

DWade just doesnt look the same.

Kidd 6-4 210 vs C Paul 6-0 175
Allen 6-5 205 vs Roy 6-6 226
Wade 6-4 216 vs Dirk 7-0 245
L James 6-8 250 vs Amare 6-10 250
Howard 6-11 265 vs Duncan 6-11 260

It really wasn't as small ball as it may have looked. If the East played CB at SF they would have gained 2 more inches there. No Biggy. Guard combo was 3 inches taller for the East and 14 lbs heavier.

Amare had 2 inches on James but James is the same weight and has better leaps and tons of talent. Front court for East 2 inches shorter and 5 lbs heavier.

It was more like the West went big at SF but with Dirk being the SF, the 7 ft isn't really 7 ft.

Total weight: 1146 vs 1156
Total height: 392 vs 399

Ray Allen was what made the difference down the stretch. He was nailing it.

Paul, Roy, Dirk, and Amare played the entire 4th.
