Pierce and Butler over Dirk? Keep in mind all NBA teams have two forward positions each--you do not need to pick one small forward and one power forward.

Dirk averages more points and more boards in less minutes. He averages slightly less assists, but averages less turnovers. His PER is higher.

Also Butler has missed nine games while Dirk has not missed a single game.
