You guys are right that Lebron has a big ego, you are also right that he is a bit of an attention hog, you are probably right that he was trying to win MVP. What you are wrong in is thinking there is anything wrong with that.

Ofcourse his ego is big, but he still says the right things and has always been a good example to kids. Every NBA players head is big, especially if they are allstars, if you don't think Bosh has an ego you are severely mistaken. Lebron is a great player and when he is set on something like winning a game or winning the MVP to an allstar game, he is hard to stop. I can't fault him for being good.

I don't fault him for being good, I fault him for being disrespectful. Players have fun at these things, they just play. If I'm Cleveland I become pissed if that stops us from winning a championship. When a guy gets to Cleveland will LeBron be ready to play with them and allow them to play their game. I refuse to believe Larry Hughes is as bad as he's played. This is the same Larry Hughes who was on the cusp of being an all-star in Washington. Bosh doesn't let any ego get in the way of his teammates. He let Kapono be the star, he wasn't jumping into interviews or pumping his fist in sunglasses on the sidelines. That was Kapono's moment, he gave him a heartfelt hug then sat down.

I guess when people have been blowing steam up your butt forever you forget that people came before you. I mean look at Dwight Howard, he's probably got an ego but he's respectful and he understands. There is a maturity there, look at Chris Paul, look at Kobe now. Those guys have something that LeBron will need to learn before he truly can be called in the same longevity as Jordan. Jordan is still respected today because he respected the past and his peers. He was harsh on his teammates but they could never say he didn't love them. LeBron might be the best now but I honestly don't see him having the respect longevity of a Jordan or Shaq

Dude, you are way off base on Lebron and if you see Boobies interview he absolutely loved the support Lebron gave him. Lebron is a far better teammate than Jordan was. MJ would get pissed at his teammates, lebron is always trying to bring them up.

Also, the problem with LHughes is his play is too similar to Lebrons in that he needs to slash and have the ball to be effective. However, who are you going to give the ball to Lebron or Hughes, it is an easy answer. A guy that could hit jumpers would be the perfect compliment to LBJ.

I've always found Lebron's ego to be huge. "Choosen One". But that play were he took the ball out of Kidds hands, I don't think Kidd minded as Lebron threw it down hard. That was a dominant play.
