So looks like there were actual talks with Orlando-Miami. But I'm not interested in Seattle's bigs. Onto Aldridge, according to theif he said "expects" so he doesn't have any saying that we will but West and Duhon I guess are upgrades but I'll be careful with what I give up.

If they can BOTH be had for expirings...why not get them BOTH?
Personally...I would favor this...
Orlando Gets
Chris Wilcox
Nick Collison
Earl Watson
Seattle Gets
Carlos Arroyo
JJ Redick
Pat Garrity
Tony Battie
Keith Bogans
Future First Round Pick
PG Watson/Nelson
SG Turkoglu/Dooling
SF Lewis/Evans
PF Wilcox/Collison/Cook
C Howard/Foyle

Feeling a little greedy today.
That is giving up way too much and we don't need both. Take the cheaper of the two.

Seattle is going to be a hard team to trade with IMO.
We can't exactly send them Dooling and Arroyo for Thomas or Collison or Wilcox, Seattle already has 3 PG's it would give them 5...
Mo Evans doesn't make much and Otis would probably not want to disrupt the starters, I guess we could offer Arroyo/Garrity but it still gives Seattle 4 PGs, so they would probably try to dump Ridnour/Watson on us in the deal.
While I think both PG's could help the team, having two PG's making well above average NBA salary is probably not something Otis wants to have happen either.

1) Otis is beyond adamant about not trading JJ, he even reiterated his stance today....
2) Most GM's won's typically trade 5+ a 1st for 3 players, especially not with the size of the contracts in total that we'd be bringing back.
3) With us making a definite push for the playoffs I don't see us trading Battie if he can in fact come back. Battie will really boost the leadership in the playoffs, and Otis knows this...

It'd be fine with me if they "dumped" us RIdnour. Jameer would probably lose his position permanently if that happened.

Any deal that happens with Seattle will require us taking back Ridnour or Watson.
