I'd pick Watson over Ridnour. Ridnour is prolably a worse defender than Jameer. And we don't want to go thru this again. 2 pg's who can't play d. Watson who recently had a triple double is a good defensive pg. I'd take him.

I'd love to get west, solid D, who can hit the 3, is 6'4" and is tight with meer
Dwight Howard on his FT struggles:

Ridnour can also pass though...something Jameer lacks consistency sorely.

Jameer consistency IMO was based on his injury. He said it's been bothering for awhile and he aggravated it vs. Bobcats. If he can stay 100% he won't be bad. Earl Watson I don't know much about his passing but last time I checked he averaged 7 assist a game.

Lee might be on the market, but I doubt for what we're looking to part with. Isiah over values him a great deal considering how much he plays him. If he was so great, he would have never acquired randolph.

That being said, I wouldn't mind seeing J. Crawford here in Orlando.

I just hope we end up with a decent power forward, while keeping Dooling. I like Keith Bogans, but if we have to send him out to get a starting pf like Wilcox, Collison, Haslem or Lee, I say do it. Arroyo, Bogans, Garrity, and Redick can all go for a Wilcox/Collison-Watson deal. We would simply replace Arroyo with a guy who'll actually play some defense.

Our major faults are defensive, and if we get good defensively up front, as far as I am concerned problem solved. We in no, way, shape or form need to go after crappy ass Mike Miller. He's not the missing piece for this squad. A defender is.
You look confused...let me fill you in.

I would. Crawford is an overpaid bench player that thinks he superstar.

Crawford isn't bad just needs to work on shot selection. I don't want him though.

I have a strange feeling that we're going to get Kurt Thomas. Because it seems like Sonics would waive him just to burn playing time for their young players. But Kurt Thomas to me is a Tony Battie. We don't need him with Tony back.

Earl is okay, but overpaid, and while he defends pretty well...he's also very short. He also jacks up a lot of poor shots.

Watson would be a complementary PG to Nelson.

Crawford would be solid

SVG could fix him up in my opinion.

Getting Wilcox and Crawford in the same trading deadlines would be huge for us.

I think we would finaly compete with those other teams.

heck yeah! Watson is horrid. i know of a few Sonics fans that hate him. and Magic supporters that don;t like Arroyo's 'chuck happy' game will despise Watson.

if we pull off a deal of Colliso + Ridnour for our expiring junk..... Otis would be a damn hero! that would shore up two holes we've got. as for Ridnour's poor defense, we've got Dooling to back him + Nelson up.

i could only be happier if we somehow found a way to swap Ridnour for Duhon....
