Nets bench

Post#1 » by KB24VC15 » Tue Feb 19, 2008 8:49 am

when the nets had the group of Carter/Jefferson/kidd, was this trio ever built upon the right way? i mean i'm not saying trade for shaq backthen and have him downlow but has this team ever had anybody consistent coming off the bench for them at all?? i mean now more than ever i can honestly say new jersey has had one of the worst benches in the nba for the last few yrs now or so and it doesnt seem to be getting any better, sure when all goes wrong the big 3 was to blame (especially vince) but with lack of depth coming from the nets bench, did u really think this team was ever a serious contender in the nba at all?

No.

The more i like the bench now.

Harris/VC/RJ/S.Williams/Krstic

Bench:
Guards: Williams/Armstrong/Ager
Forwards: Boki/Hassel/Swift
Center: Boone/Diop/Magloire

Solid Bench.

Boone would start over SWill.

But it's actually not a bad bench.

With Devin Harris, we also get another player with Finals experience, along with Jefferson and Diop I believe.

Return to Brooklyn Nets
