Go get Nick Fazekas!

Post#1 » by DH34Phan » Tue Feb 19, 2008 10:34 pm

We need as many good young players as we can. Fazekas averaged 19/10 this year in the D League.

Could be a steal.

Yes, let's add another D-leaguer guy that would be ecstatic to be the 12th guy on any NBA team. That's sure to make a difference.

The team has major problems, a D-leaguer can't do a damned thing to help.

Did I say he would help us this year? I am thinking more along the lines of a getting a guy for nothing that in a few years could be a solid role player. Did I mention we would be getting him for nothing?

This team needs all the young talent it can get. We are going to be bad for another year or two, why not give these guys a shot?

Cut Storey, Ruffin or Voskuhl to make room.

I would rather have a young guy with some upside taking those last roster spots.

Yeah but they have guaranteed contracts. They cost against the cap if they are here or not, so might as well keep them here.

So we spend the next couple of years developing a D-leaguer in the NBA because he has....role player potential? Waste of time and resources.

Besides, why would the Bucks waste their time turning a D-leaguer into a role player - isn't that what their high draft picks with All-Star potential are for?
