Game Thread - Sacramento @ Portland 7:00PM

Post#1 » by Klinky » Tue Feb 19, 2008 2:18 pm

Well hopefully Dakotah will come by with his spiffy graphics! But I just had to make this thread as I had a dream...~neighhh a ~NiGhTMarE~ that we got blown out by Sacramento. Maybe it's an omen, or maybe my dreams are full of hogwash.

I guess now we'll see if what portland needed was the all-star break for the players to recharge and refocus

all the trade talk may have them distracted though

well, the kings have to show their new roster, so let's see how that works for them.

on the other hand the blazers will have a VERY motivated brandon roy.

prepare for destruction.

The Kings would be 7th see in the East so they're not that bad. We'd be 6th.

Well they got rid of the Blazer Killer 1.0 Mike Bibby, I wonder if 2.0 Kevin Martin is ready.

Things to look for.
*Will Roy have a big game??
*Did this small break help the Blazers energy problems??
*If theres any Blazers that dont play that
usually do then maybe a deal is coming!!

If Salmons can start, he can be an everybody killer. We're gonna need good D out of the 2 and 3 spots. And SOMEBODY is gonna have to stay in front of Udrih, who has been another Geoff Petrie homerun signing.

Brad Miller might not play tonight....it's possible that he could be traded to the Orlando Magic! We'll see what happens.

Last game was a very CLOSE one by the Blazers...should be a good one!

If there is no Miller in addition to Bibby's exit I think the blazers should be able to win this one.

Slight bit of news for tonights game, Martell is going back to the bench, Roy is going back to the 3 and Jack will start at SG.

Is it a move to get the offense flowing better as McMillan says or is the team showcasing Jack before the deadline?

Sometimes I'd think Jarrett would have better trade value if he played less.

I hope it's for showcasing purposes or just because of match ups for tonights game because I much rather have Roy playing a guard position.
