in the first part of the season we've beaten the Spurs, Mavs, Celtics, Jazz (almost twice), Hornets, etc.

13 games over 500. 4 games out of 1st place.

im happy with how we've done, but we still need 1 piece to beat those teams listed above on a consistent basis.

Yes, I am.

This team is able to win a Titlle if everyone is here at playoffs time.

But, I'd be happy if this team becomes better.

West would be a very good fit, a slight intelligent upgrade. I think Artest could be one too, but I don't want to give much for one post-season. And Miller, why not, Najera, Smith and first, I sign with two hands. Plus, I've seen a few games recently and I haven't anymore hopes on Smith.

I would like for us to at least explore that Delonte rumor and see what it would take to get Kurt Thomas included into it or somehow pull off that Miller deal.

Look for the nuggets to make two deals before the trade deadline.

1) Denver and Sacramento
Kleiza and Najera for Ron Artest

2) New Jersey
Nene for magloire and nachbar

Also the nuggets are in full pursuit of a back up point guard..don't be shocked if they managed to land west or lowery as well. (perhaps for wafer and pick)

Lets just get Miller and West, Artest will most likely opt out anyways in 3 months.

L-Burna89, there's no need for that.

my man you are absolutely right!some people(me included)act as if nuggs are garbage and can't beat any of those teams!denver has a very solid starting five(even though I would like to either get a upgrade at the pg or a least a solid backup so carter won't/can't play to many minutes.we all seen how carter had started to wear down before the break ie...poor fg% and overall game looked tired!

i'd be fine with getting delonte west(in which we have a really good deal on the table for him).along with getting adkins back I mid march.if we can get miller with out repaying the grizz for getting robbed by the lakers than i'm all for that as well.

west brings some size, defense, shooting ability, and ballhandleing
miller brings us another vet who can shoot,ok rebounder, ballhandleing and did I say clutch shooting...basicly a klezia with better shooting and handles just not as tough!

I am satisfied, but I don't want anyone to know that.

This very team could turn around and be disappointing tomorrow, or be very, very good. That's the problem. It's a good team. It's not yet a great team because the chink in the armor can be easily exposed.

Make a trade to keep the chink in the armor from either being as noticeable (shooting alongside Iverson), or just close up the chink (defense alongside the perimeter). The purpose of an Artest move would be to solidify the defense and make the offenses' job easier.

If a trade can't be made that satisfies the needs of the team....sorry, but patience is yet again the right call.

first off i'm fine with the nuggets not making a big splash but god damn at least go get us a backup pg.we are sitting ducks if we have to depend on carter to play 30+ mins a night!

I know we have adkins but again he's played all of what 12 games?we need some size in the backcourt and the only guys who come to mine(that's available)are cassel and west.the nuggs could have west but their worried about him being a" Rfa"and being able to sign him to a new contract.he wants more than the nuggs are willing to pay.
make the trade nuggets, who cares if he don't resign?we always have cassel as a option along with other trades in the off season but we need another role player for this last push.
