Eddy Curry is having the worst statistical year he's had since his second year in the NBA. And if you multiplied his stats that year over this years minutes (19.23 min to 26 mins), this year is even worse than his second year as well - in every single aspect. What does that mean? His current play is only better than his rookie season. 7 years in the NBA, and he still can't pass, still can't defend, still can't rebound (actually his rebounding is even worse per minute than his rookie year), still can't block shots (also worst year of his career), and his free throw shooting is bad too (worst of his career).

Players that rebound better per minute on our team include Marion, Wright, Haslem, Zo, Blount, Barron, Johnson - Luke Jackson is not far off. Luke freaking Jackson.

There are just some players that play because they are tall, and others that play because they love basketball. Eddy Curry is the former, and in addition, needs coddling. I'm so glad Riley dispelled the rumour, but am still hanging for this trade deadline to pass.

Cool, I was born in Bathurst. Moved around a bit but ended up back there and went to high school and uni there. That was about 10 years ago though....

^ They misunderstood. Riley pranked called Paxson and asked, "Is your Refrigerator running? Paxson fell for it and then assumed he meant Curry.

If Ricky re-signs cheap and we trade for Curry we could have a line up of:
Curry/Haslem/Marion/Ricky/Wade...there's a lot of guys that need the ball there, they'd need to donate their own balls, Rileys and ours so that team could work out...as much as I like to say play with my balls...not for that scenario...haha
