Local and National Media updates on trade and rumors

Post#1 » by paulpressey25 » Thu Feb 21, 2008 5:56 pm

I'm tied up on and off here without access to the radio.

If any of you guys can update what local radio such as 540am or WSSP 1250am are saying or the national media like ESPN on the scuttlebutt that would be greatly appreciated.

Two hours to go......

All I know is I hope the Bucks do something. Even if it is just a deal for Pietrus or another role player, just to give me something new and exciting to watch.

I think we all agree we won't be adding net salary. And trading our crap contracts will be very hard to do without getting back equally crap contracts.

I think in Kerb Kohl's demented mind last nights win means everything is just fine.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

There will be no trades. And I agree, The Bucks winning last night probably sealed that fact for the senator. He probably thinks they will go on a 20 game winning streak

I am also on the Ramon Sessions bandwagon.....for real. I think he could be our point guard of the future.

It's iike I told my girlfriend in bed last night - don't strain yourself trying to find anything, you're just going to end up horribly disappointed.

Yeah I don't think it's going to happen, I have ESPN news on in the background, but I expect nothing. This team fades back into oblivion in a few hours. Somebody cue Semisonic's closing time.
Go Bucks!

I'm sure it's been posted somewhere but I guess the Bucks and Knicks were talking again. Zach Randolph & Fred Jones for Gadz, Simmons, and Bell. It was rejected, I think by the Bucks.

This just in espn chat

Gary (Cleveland): Situation on Michael Redd in Milwaukee?

SportsNation Chad Ford: (1:16 PM ET ) Lots of teams covet Redd, but it seems like Herb Kohl, the owner, is blocking any trades. Not sure what's going on with that franchise.

I've seen him play plenty of times in college and the D league. He's dominated every level he's played.

if this is true... i dont know what to think. Kohl is a flat out dumbass. Getting rid of 2 horrendous contracts, along with a guy that doesnt want to be here for a guy that puts up 17 and 10 per night, along with a solid backup SG.

Think jones=bell, so thats like trading randolph for gadz and simmons. PLEASE tell me they didnt reject that

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
