It's a done deal. I'm from Houston and just got off the phone with my connection at FOX26. Green has returned home.

Could even be a future 2nd, since we already have three picks this year and limited roster space.

I think it's very likely we could move those 2nd round picks to a team that is up against the cap for their 1st. At least that's what I'd look to do.

I love this deal. We would have just let Gerald walk, picked up another expiring and talso acquired another asset. I love the deal.

meh? He probably won't see the floor either. Who is he going to play over? McCants? Jaric? Foye? Bassy? Brewer??? If a=b, and b=c, then a=c. We are going to have another expiring young SG who won't see the floor. Hopefully he won't complain.
"Dude, all I am saying is we already have a starting RB, his name is Chester Taylor. Besides AP isn't that good anyways. I hope we draft McFadden." --Me after he broke the record.

gerald green is the most athletic player every to be a wolf and we let him walk for nothing! This will turn out to be HUGE Mistake. Green is much better than Brewer, Brewer will probably not be in the league after his rookie contract! Green could have been given some starts if the kid would have gotten 38 mins I think a lot of people would have been suprised. Remember Mo Evans who we let walk, similar type of games and look at how Mo has ended up he's pretty serviceable. I will probably get ripped on here but I don't care. Gerald Greens game puts people in the seats, not whittmans crappy style that puts most to sleep

I'm sure we'll find someone else to sit on our bench stealing our DNP's.

That reminds me, where has devilz been lately?

Look for the wolves to try and trade up into a 1st rounder with our three 2nds....Just me speculating, but it makes a lot of sense to me for us to do that.

I love how people refer to their "sources" instead of their "friend" or refer to the person by name. Is it really a "source" if the informant works in the mailroom for the Houston Chronicle? Just wondering...

Thankfully, I don't think there are any Wolves posters who are this homerish.

Brewer will play longer than his rook contract. Put that in the books. P.S. not all players, especially high school players, that have high talent make it... J.R. Smith anyone? Ndudi Ebi? J.R. Rider? Kwame Brown? Brewer won 2 championships in college, he's a good player, he just needs to work his jumper.
