Both guys are my top picks and they are both hurt much of the season. Is it time for me to cut my ties and try to trade them for players like Hughes and Charlie V?

I have JO and Arenas on one of my squads and I intend to hold on to them both. Now would be the worst time to give up on Arenas since he intends to come back within the next couple of weeks, JO is a different story but I am hoping that he comes back by playoff time.
