Jamal Magloire, anyone?

Post#1 » by AdonalFoyle4Prez » Fri Feb 22, 2008 10:36 pm

Seeing that the whole C-Webb thing isn't much of an upgrade or no big trade didn't go down, I'd say its time to look into the free agent market:

Jamal Magloire comes to mind (he got waived by Nets today), and maybe he hasn't been getting playing minutes from the teams he's been on after being traded from Hornets, but he can be a solid backup C (or even start). He and B Diddy go way back in Hornet days, so maybe they can a lot of pick and rolls and stuff. Just a thought to aid Andris's absense from an imflammation to his appendix.

Just pretending to be GSW homer here...

Nellie will not play him since he cannot shoot 3s.

POB can do whatever Magloire can do at this stage but quicker.

Magloire can still rebound a lot but is very slow.

That's one ugly pic of Pachulia.

I wonder if some team will claim him off waivers... just an expiring $4 mil.

It's amazing how far Mags stock has dropped in the last year or so.

I haven't seen him play in a while, but he was a double-double All Star just a couple years back. Warriors could sure use another rotation center right now, plus big bodies to battle the mammoths in the West. If he clears waivers he's gonna be hard to get, though.

We should waive MP. I don't care about Jamal Magloire, just waive MP.

I'd pick him up and give him Cro's minutes. He's looked absolutely horrible since coming back from his back issues.

He looked decent prior to his injury, but now he's making pietrus mistakes left and right.
