We came out like gangbusters after down 7-2 and then got a nice 23 pt lead. How did we do it? We played really good defense. Then what happened? Quite simply Karl happened. Sometimes the game comes down to a chess match. Why do you think the Spurs have won so many titles? Poppivich has an awesomely spaced and designed offense and a smart plan on defense and he leads his team with a fire and brimstone mentality and demands execution. I have DVR and after every defensive debacle I rewinded the play and was able see for myself what happened. Camby was dominating the paint in the first half so on the second half the Bucks brought Bogut in on the high pick and roll bringing Camby up, the Bucks then took the shot if Camby didn't show or AI and AC didnt show. If they did they just passed it around and we didnt' rotate. Then with Camby up there were no rebounds to be had. To sum up Karl didn't adjust to the Bucks adjustment. On offense, the Bucks instituted the zone and due to our lack of design we went one on one and jacked crap up...We lost this game, not due to motivation or effort but due to coaching. Remember according to Karl, we have the players that we need to win....so what don't we have. A coaching staff that can at least be even with the opposing coaching staff. Managment and coaching sucks....we are going to have to strip this team down if we don't get out of the first round and that starts with its foundation...management and coaching. Please guys watch the games closer and you will see the coaching errors and incompetence. Rick Carlisle is the man to coach this team next year, his defenses with Indiana were fantastic, oh and by the way Artest was on that team.

Maybe Karl was the one that didn't come away from the trade nix with any inspiration. He said Artest would interupt the chemistry of this team............. what about Karl?

Trade Karl for Artest in the off season! (throw in LK and Najera)

Did you see the 4th? A double team had nothing to do with what cost us the game. It was a lack of communication

what r babbling about now. a second player doubled onto Melo from his blind side and stripped the ball. Melo got caught looking for the help defender coming from the right but it came from the left. the move was taking too long to develop and he should have protected the ball better or passed out. But again thats irrelevant. they shouldn't have been in that position in the first place. there were MANY mistakes that were made in the last seven minutes. so keying in on HIS mistakes would be silly. this was more of a coaching loss than anything. Couple that with a bad trade decision and this loss may signify the beginning of the end of a team with promise.

Damn. Don't lose hope in this team completely. It's Jekyl and Hyde, it's gonna turn right back around.

My judging point is going to be the playoffs.....if they come out and play like crap there, then it's retooling. They'll give us enough good stuff to enjoy this season, but the ****** stuff is gonna sting.

Melo's situation would have been helped out by AI, anyone.....coming around to Melo's front and taking the pass out from Melo before it was stolen. The ball is stagnant because the air is still, no one's talking, and Melo doesn't see an immediate threat.

Yeah he needs improvement there but we still have to bail him out....it's the end of the game. Not everything goes perfectly.

That was not cool, I'm not a fan of the Bucks or a fan of the Nuggets, what I saw though is terrible coaching. They broke down when the Bucks went to a 3-2 defense like many other teams in the west will do in the playoffs to control the pace. They'll play that 3-2 defense, man defense, once that happens I see no plays run, I see them not able to get a play run right, I see them shoot and take ridiculous shots which aren't going to fall very much. If they want to win they can't stay at a fast pace with no back-up because when the other team does control the pace this team has no idea what there doing. This comes down in my mind to the coaching staff, not just Karl, but the people who are behind defense and the offense, that's not all on Karl. These team doesn't have to re-build it's players, it has to re-build its coaching staff, if it doesn't, hell I don't see them going in the play-offs but straight home after just making the playoffs by a game or a half of a game. The players are there, they just don't know what to do after defenses control the pace, they must learn how to play an half-court offense, it's the double the trouble and know the question would be if that happened;

Where is this team?

OMFG, im officially disgusted by this team right now, im not too sure if we would make the playoffs with our current play. Melo needs to stop ******* posting up late in games, he's a turnover machine now late in games, and where the **** was iverson all quarther long, he just dissapeared and wtf was carter even on the floor for.

After tying the game up he(carter) goes and foul micheal redd and basicly gave the game away with those free throws. If we don't win against detroit say good bye to our playoffs hope and just look forward to the lottery. I don't think i'll post very much anymore until the nuggets start playing better and they start winning again, very frustrating.

I feel ya man. The plays late were clearly for Melo to post up, (blame Karl I guess) sadly he just didn't play very smart. After every turnover, he tried to make up for it being selfish, which just led to another dumb decision and turnover.

Naw, he didn't play because we're going to trade him for a defensive stopper that we NEED so Bucks and Bulls don't rape us.

Oh, wait...

Hi, did anyone mentioned Karl was at-least half-right after Bulls game?
I don't blame JR for losing this game at all. But his shot selection was brutal. He was the black hole on offense, too. He caught the ball and then crashed to someone for lost ball or off. faul.
It's amazing when his shots are falling down, but he can't play such a dumb basketball

that's my point too but the way they play right now i have problems believing that we reach the playoffs tough as the west is this year. i think we can win against anybody in a 7-game series but my problem is to reach the POs.

I think it's still possible - and we haven't had a real winning streak yet, it's just becoming increasingly more difficult.. two 11 game streaks and we're set. 7-3-7-3-7 might be doable.

They were saying during the broadcast that you don't bring it against any opponent and they can win, no matter what their record....why can't the Nuggets use this the other way 'round? We've got tough back-to-backs coming up...seriously just sweep them.
