No idea. Riles kicked him off the team in December. He came back and attended a few games but I don't think he's been with the team since. He wants a buyout, but it looks like Riley prefers to keep him as an expiring next season unless he's willing to opt out.

Odd how a starter for a playoff team could have such a big drop off, its mind boggling.

Posts like this make me understand why Kobe Bryant has never won an MVP award.

Smush is the same player he was last year and 2 years ago. This makes it all the more sad that for 2 years they started Smush, Kwame, and Luke next to Kobe.

Damn, even as a Laker fan.. when you just sit and really think about that, it just boggles the mind. How the hell did we even win a game? Smush, Kwame, Luke? none of those guys should be in the nba man..

I'm disappointed there wasn't a picture puzzle. I thought by the title that this was a version of "Where's Waldo?"

He's on paid leave for failure to meet team guidelines, and then finding a way to get into trouble off-the-court? :dontknow:

its amazing how Kobe was able to drag those scrubs into the playoffs for 2 straight years in the West and nearly beat the Suns in '06

its funny how Kobe finally gets a little help this year and the Lakers are #1 in the West and are favs to make it to the finals

just goes to show you how great a player he is and why his peers and GM's in the league respect him so much

They respect his game, but not his character.

luke and kwame are nba caliber players. just not starters.

but still, i've always agreed that kobe=god himself for bringing that craptacular team as far as he did.
