Not that I think he'll do it... but will we be able to trade our cap space on draft night the same way Charlotte did last year? If memory serves me right... I don't believe the NBA's fiscal calendar flips until July 1 and the draft is held at the end of June.
Can someone clarify this? Will we be under the cap on draft night?
