Atlantic - Raptors, Celtics, Nets, Knicks, Sixers

SouthEast - Heat, Magic, Wizards, Hawks, Bobcats

Central - Bulls, Cavaliers, Pistons, Pacers, Bucks

NorthWest - Jazz, Blazers, Sonics, Nuggets, Timberwolves

Pacific - Kings, Suns, Clippers, Warriors, Lakers

SouthWest - Rockets, Mavericks, Spurs, Hornets, Grizzlies

I'm not trying to justify that the southwest isn't the WORST division, but you underrate Orlando. Just going off records against +50% win teams (which happen to be mostly western conference, celtics, pistons, cavs and toronto) their record is 15-14, while teams you labled as "good", opposed to Orlando being "above average" have records as follows.

Cleveland 16-13
Denver 15-15
Golden State 14-14
Houston 16-14
New Orleans 15-12

now the category Orlando is in, "above average" and others

Portland 12-18
Washington 7-19

INTERESTING FACTS
and I'm not saying this proves anything, but the Spurs have a LOSING record against teams playing better than 50% at 13-14

Boston and Detroit FAR AND AWAY have the best records against teams playing better than 50% ball at

Boston 22-11
Detroit 21-7

now you can't really claim this has anything to do with West > East, I'm not arguing that, because all of the teams over 50% are QUALITY teams, and considering there are only 5 teams in the east over 50% Orlandos's, Detroits, Boston's, and Cleveland's records against +50% teams have come mostly against the WESTERN conference.

I actually had Orlando as a "good" team, but I put them back down to "above average"..I feel like a healthy Cavs team is on their own level in the East, below Detroit and Boston, but ahead of Toronto, Washington and Orlando..I don't believe Orlando is a level better than the Raptors or a healthy Wizards team..

the Spurs record is flawed..they were 17-3 before injuries to the 3 main players on the team..most of TP's game is based on quickness and getting to the rim, which he couldn't do when he was playing because of his injured heel/ankle..so they've been playing with major injuries since mid-December..
