Its a good problem to have if you ask me. Two PGs with different skill sets who can both bring something to the table. I don't want to pidgeon-hole either Harris or Marcus because they're both still young PGs. From what I've seen Marcus is the better passer and Harris is the more consistent scorer. Like they say about QBs, Marcus can make all the passes...its really a matter of him being consistent. Harris' best strength is his speed. It helps him guard faster and smaller PGs and also to penetrate. He isn't really a good 3 point shooter but does get to the hoop often.

At this point, Harris is the better player and looks more like the future PG of this team. Things can change though...plus its not a decision we have to make right now.

you should play them how Toronto does with Calderon and Ford

though i think if Marcus starts to really pan out, you could always trade one for a big

I'd offer Carter, Boone, and one of the Mavs picks for Brand this summer and see if the Clippers bite. It works in the trade checker.

Krstic-Brand-Williams-Jefferson-Harris would be a decent core, we'd have a huge hole at SG that would need to be filled. That's the problem with trading Half Man/Half and Half, once he goes we are HIT as far as scoring goes from that two spot, we'd need a Mike Miller badly after that, just someone that can stretch the d and can at least rack up 18 per while RJ scores at a high clip and Brand provides the post "O"....that idea about running Marcus and Devin at the same time is basura!!

and for the record, I really disagree that Harris is a shoot first PG...but he will probably be 3rd to 4th scoring option, depending on when Krstic can get his game back...

In the Future... :-?

I don't think this is such a bad thing. I would guess Sean would be the primary option at 5 in this small ball scenario, with his ability to be a monster weakside help defender.

Anyway, I'd like to see Devin start and get maybe 34mpg, with Marcus coming off the bench for 19mpg.
