I hate this weather. I'm sick again this mouth. Muscles hurt. Head hurts. I'm going to the toilet every 10 minutes. And look at that. Times up. My time to go again.

It's nice and sunny today w/clear blue skies...

Although it's probably cooler closer to the beach I'd imagine (you're the Hermosa dude right?)...

I think where I am probably has the best all-round all-year weather in the South Bay.

You mean save record labels. Musicians are seeing no more or less. It makes live music more valuable in alot of ways if you ask me and means studio wonders with nothing live are not as common. I'm a musician and I support bringing labels to a grinding halt.

I understand, but it was meant as a stupid joke because I've heard it so many times... believe it or not, haha.

Also, why did Law & Order let Milena Govich go after one season? She was great with Detective Ed Green....and plus she was drop dead goregous!

Overacting seems to be the way to get an acting gig as a teenager on Disney.

Alright, so Day One of the Workout That's Going To Change My Life.

While watching the Laker game, I did 3 sets of wall squats using the Swiss ball (I think I saw Lamar doing them in a Lakers media video). Oooh, it burns!

I did 3 sets of flys using the 10 pound weights, while lying on the Swiss ball. I think I exerted more energy trying to balance than actually doing the exercise.

I started the Perfect Push-up the 2-minute Navy Seal drills, 14-10-6 (1 set for each stance).

About 20 minutes of working out, which is pretty awesome. I feel swollen, I'm probably going to be sore tomorrow.

Tomorrow, I'll give these muscle groups a rest and work on my abs, lower back, and look up other workouts for my legs.

I think this is going to work guys, it's so easy to workout during a Laker game. You get so pumped.
