What is harder for a team to "achieve", 70 wins or 70 losses?

i dont mean that a team would set out to lose 70 games, i think that would be pretty easy, i obviously mean, could a team be so very bad it cant win 13 games in one season?

If a team of RealGMers took the court in the NBA how hard would it be to reach 70 losses? 70 wins?

realgmers would be 0-90 counting preseason

a more sensible question would be how many points would we score

i'd say a team of 15 realgmers would average less than 30 a game

we oughta pitch that idea to david stern. if OKC wants a team THAT badly...
