I don't like these quotes....

"I was a better jumpshooter than player X. I'm not trying to brag. That's just the way it was."

I must be in the minority of guys that like Scotty. I think the energy that he brings, as mid said, is fantastic and he actually makes the game exciting to listen to. Johnny Mac is a good announcer as well, but honestly I like Scott Williams more.

I find the games to be much more enjoyable with Scotty announcing. He is just flat out funny. Makes me laugh at least 2 or 3 times per game.....which for the games the Bucks don't show up at least there is some comic relief. haha.
All posts are my own opinion.

It would be interesting to find out our record with McGlocklin and with Scott Williams. It's just as dumb of a stat as the other ones nowadays. I'm pretty sure Scotty is in the lead.

The real question is, do you like when Charlie V shoots three's?

He misplaced team names several times last night as well.

I don't know who is worse though, him or McCollow. McCollow is dumb as sin.

I can't stand that pompous prick!
Whoever is in charge of Bucks Live needs to fire both of those guys or as I call them twiddle-dee and twiddle-dumb. He thinks that he is a great coach and a great mind of basketball, when in reality he doesn't offer any insight, only negative comments. What a douchebag, he is the main reason why I turn off the TV after the game is over.

It was better when it was Craig C. and Scotty Williams giving recap and going back to Jim and Jon for their takes.

Get rid of this LOSER! Seriously anyone could do better than that clown. And the other bozo that sits next to him actually acts like he knows what he is talking about, or that it is relevant.

Craig and Scotty are great for me, Jim and Jon are tolerable, and the other 2 nameless clowns are horrendous.

I have been noticing this for the last 2 months or so but didn't want to start up a thread just to rip on this Jack@$$

It feels better though now that I have :)

I don't know what the hell you are talkin about Scott Williams is great on the telecast and gets us ready to go!

He is on the mark with most of his comments and Paschke is a good level headed balance for him, and complements him well.

He is refreshing, engaging and informative from a players' perspective and gives great insights and tidbits of knowledege of today's player.

I have no idea what the hell you are talking about! Perhaps the problem is with you who don't know basketball as well as he does.

Maybe you have the issue I think he was a great hire...He does race a bit but that is just his personality and delivery.

I understand what he is saying and he gives the telecast some energy and flavor to it. What game are you watching?

He can be as good as the radio tandem of Ted Davis and Dennis Krause who I think are also outstanding. You got no complaints from me on either one of them.

I couldn't disagree with your assessment more...on this. I don't know what they heck you want?

Agreed! Scottie's love for the game is palpable. He brings humor and positive energy, along with a youthful lexicon.

To me, he is climbing right up there with Walton (it's a shame he is in the studio this season), Van Gundy, and Hubie Brown.

Nice post, NYANBAF. I'm starting to really enjoy what you bring to the forum. Rarely is there this kind of depth from a ballboy...

I love johnny mac, he IS bucks basketball.

Also, Scott Williams gets annoying to me, and when he interviews players its just brutal with how much he misspeaks.

But I don't mind him as J Mac's number two, I don't know If I could stand him doing Bucks telecasts long term though. But maybe I'd get used to his style.
