1. That guy is obviously not paid to write professionally. It's a community blog.
2. You can look up Wilt's FT%. It never exceeded 61% A little low for someone allowed to jump from the free throw line, don't you think?
3. There are videos of Chamberlain playing in the early 60s. He didn't dunk from the free throw line in those.
4. Use some common sense here.

Penny's game 3 is legendary. Down 2-0 in the series, no Ho Grant, Rony Seikaly breaks his foot early in Game 3.
Penny with his 42 points. Flash and Gerald Wilkens helped out a ton.

Here's Tracy McGrady's comeback against the Spurs without the horrible music playing in the video from the first post.

people forget that Raptors led the Lakers by 20 at the end of the first half...

Kobe tied the game at the end of 3rd, and took over the fourth...

DatBoyWonder wrote:Very surprised at Pierce not getting any mention. The Celtics comeback over the Nets in Game 3 of the 2002 ECFs is the biggest playoff comeback in History. Pierce scored 19 in the 4th along with clutch free throws to seal the deal.

Everything you guys are talking about were done in the regular season. Pierce was able to single handedly bring back the Celtics in an ECF game.

T-Mac's 13 in 35 was amazing, and he did it to the Spurs (who went on to win the championship that year). As someone before mentioned, SA did everything right up until Devin Brown's TO with like 10 seconds left. Mcgrady hit (I think?) 4 triples, including a 4 point play on Tim Duncan. That's impressive.

Also, Reggie Miller's comeback against NY was simply amazing...I love Reggie Miller.

Kobe's 81 points is amazing as well, but LA had the game sealed too early for me to consider it a comeback. When I think of comeback I'm thinking of a player willing their team to a victory when down late in the game at some point. Kobe's 81 point effort got to the point where you were watching to see how many Kobe would end up with rather than if LA would win or not...because LA had the game sealed. Ya know?

This thread should begin and end with Kobe's 81. They were still down by 18 with 9 minutes left in the third. The game was still close throughout the fourth. It wasn't until 4-5 minutes left in the fourth were lakers finally got up by more than 10. This is the definition of a one-man comeback if you ask me.
