I don't think Lebron has peaked. His defense is going to be sick in a few years. He'll probably go down as the GOAT when it's all said and done.

"peak" is difficult to describe IMO..there are always aspects of your game you can improve on, usually a minor part once you get older..Tim Duncan for example, has improved his FT% by 8% this year..but I would still consider him to be at his peak, because there isn't anything significant he can improve on..
as for a guy like Lebron..what else does he have to improve on? he's already the best player in the NBA..his FT% is still a concern, but that isn't anything major..he'll be able to work on that, since his form isn't as bad as Shaqs or anything..he improved his D..already a great leader..his jumper is always going to be a minor concern, but how much can he really improve on that in the next few years?..a guy like Chris Paul as well, I fail to see how he can improve even more in a significant way..he's already arguably the best PG in the NBA, more improvement is going to be to minor parts of his game..
players that have been superstars for a long time like Kobe, Duncan, Garnett..how else can they improve? they've obviously reached their peaks..it doesn't mean that's a bad thing, far from it..
there are guys like Dwight Howard that still have a lot of potential..he still needs post moves, needs to improve on his passing..his FT shooting will get better IMO, because his form isn't bad..but who even knows if he's going to fulfill his potential..

Rings don't really matter in this discussion. I'd say he peaked and once the injuries start to pile he'll decline.
But Wade has proved he has the work ethic to come back from those injuries. Marbury and Francis have no work ethic whatsoever. There are no logical comparisons between those two and Wade, to think he's peaked at the age of 25/26 is just stupidity and jealousy.

Lebron- unless he learns to play shut down D, there isn't much better he can get.
Bosh has probably peaked, there isn't much more his game can expand too.
and of course the older players except for Kobe, Kobe is like wine, he gets better every year. And Duncan, because he doesn't care about the regular season.

Given to his talent and size LeBron can improve on every area of the game. Jumpshooting and post game is just one of them. Don't know if you heard but he's like 23 years and 60 days old.
ps:I earned a skill thanks to Realgm. Now I'm able to recognize pan-Kobe fans from 10000 mile.
