did anyone notice that Jon gave the SAS a C for trading a guy like Thomas and Stoudemire, but not a three point shooter yet?!

I think that was really strange

peeps in clutchfans forum saying he'll go to spurs or suns. Most likely spurs. What a punk. He's coming back to team that traded him or a team that will let him rot in the bench.

Whoever this bobby jones guy is, welcome to Houston. We didnt need that old hasbeen 36 yr old brent barry anyways. He wants to be under the radar with spurs or suns. He thinks people will care about his minute role in the spurs or the suns.

The Suns won't rot him on the bench, and just because the Spurs traded him doesn't mean they didn't like him, they just thought Thomas filled a bigger hole, it said nothing about what they thought about Barry. If they hadn't liked him, they wouldn't have immediately started trying to reacquire his services. Both teams are full of pretty good guys. I really never gave any team other than the Spurs a real chance of getting him back, sounds like he's giving it some hard consideration beforehand though (probably less out of reluctance than of making sure it's the best option or something).
Morey 2020.

Q:How are they experts when they're always wrong?
A:Ask a stock market analyst or your financial advisor

So much for Houston being an attractive destination to Brent Barry.

He should have signed with us so we could trade him back to the Spurs for Kurt Thomas..

...yes I know the trade deadline has passed.
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

Well it's official Barry is rejoining the Spurs.
I think this whole free agent thing was just a charade so
the league won't think it was a Stackhouse deal with Seattle.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

I hate these "loop holes" with unofficial retired players and 30 day BS

I don't think players should be eligable to return to their original teams when they are traded.

Howfully these things are addressed in the next CBA
