Excuse yet another thread, but TNT/ Aldridge reporting that Cassell will sign with Boston on Monday.

Well, technically the other thread is about him being waived. TNT said it was breaking news that he'll be signing with Celtics on Monday.

I doubt it. If he signs on Monday he will only be able to participate in one practice. But then again, since he is so experienced he might just get a few minutes...

It would be perfect if he just came in long enough to establish turf over Billups. Maybe get a steal, hit a three in Chauncey's face, do a little jawing. You know-- good times.

Barkley says Cassell is too old to guard Billups and the Pistons are the best team still. No one believe in us still...

That is why we have rondo. he will be playing 35+ minutes a game. Sam will have to come in and score and keep the offense rolling for the second unit.

Just think of how many games our bench has won us. i would say close to half. How often have we been down or close to tied the bench comes on the floor and blows the game wide open? i would say dozens. Almost every night.

Sam is going to allow eddie to play his natural 2,posey the 3, PJ,Davis and Powe will split time at the 4 and 5 spot. That just made our 2nd unit even better.

Chuck doesn't look at the whole picture. He is smart and entertaining but he is a little lazy. now Kenny knows his stuff. that guy should be a a GM.
